The event is organised by Bikers Make a Difference (BMAD) which says it wants to promote biking by giving something back to the local community.
Spokesman Kelvin Halloran said: "Last year we raised £18,500 just by bikers turning up and donating £1 a head."
There's a full line-up of bands playing on Friday from 6pm till 10pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10am till 10pm. This year's line-up has now been announced.
The country's last Wheel of Death will also be featured at the festival, with stunt riders performing tricks while riding horizontally around a wall.
Money raised will go towards the following charities: Sick and Disabled Children and their families of Torbay; The Devon Air Ambulance and St Johns Ambulance.
